If you are not going to eat your item(s) right away, I suggest freezing it in a freezer safe bag. Slicing it up and putting parchement between the slices in the freezer makes it super easy.
Take out the slice(s) you need thaw them overnight and toss them in the toaster to heat up!
You can also wrap your full loaf in plastic wrap, stick it in a freezer safe bag and freeze it whole.
*This works well for artisan loaves, sandwich loaves, dinner rolls and bagels*
For whole artisan or sandwich loaves, you can thaw it overnight, spray it with water, or run the loaf under warm running water and place it into a 350* oven for about 15 minutes. It will taste just as it came out of the oven!
